Vilvi

The Vilvi Group consists of six companies: AB Vilkyškių pieninė, AB Modest, AB Kelmės pienes, UAB Kelmės pienas, AB Pieno logistika, and SIA Baltic Dairy Board. The group of companies owns five factories that produce exclusive products:

• - Hard and soft cheeses based on proprietary recipes, and other various cheese products;
• - Fresh dairy products - curd cheese, kefir, yogurts, soft cheese, and others;
• - Industrial cream;
• - Milk ingredients in powdered form: whey protein concentrate, permeate, sweet whey powder, milk powder;
• - Protein cocktails for athletes called "GymON".

In the small town of Vilkiškiai, production of cheese began at the eponymous dairy Vilkyškių pieninė back in 1934. Only in 2000 did the company receive permission to export its products to EU countries.

The company did not stop there and in 2006 merged with AO Modest, and in 2008 acquired Kelmės pieninė. In 2011, a new brand was introduced - Vilvi.

Vilkyškių pieninė has been repeatedly recognized as one of the best brands in Lithuania. In 2015, the company was awarded "Brand of the Year," and in 2017, it received the "Export of Lithuania" award.

The company continues to grow, and in 2013, a subsidiary called Pieno logistika was created. In order to modernize, in 2020, Vilkyškių pieninė decided to change its name to VILVI GROUP.

The Vilvi Group delights cheese lovers with a wide variety of tasty products made from original recipes, many of which are distinguished by high quality and refined taste both domestically and internationally.

Our longstanding history, which combines ancient traditions of dairy farming, mastery in this craft, and modern technologies, has allowed Vilvi Group to become a unique company in the production of dairy products.
